Percentage of origination on every funded loan. No ceiling, no territory cap.
The role
You bring investor borrowers and broker relationships; Silt funds DSCR 30-year rentals, 12–24 month bridge, and ground-up construction on our own balance sheet — so you are selling certainty of execution and speed, not a marketplace. You run your book end to end: source it, quote it off our rate desk, issue the term sheet, and hand a clean file to processing.
What you'll do
- Originate DSCR, bridge, and construction loans nationwide.
- Build and work a broker referral network.
- Quote and negotiate terms inside our credit box.
- Own the borrower relationship from first call to funding.
- Feed the pipeline in our platform — every file, every note.
What we look for
- 2+ years originating or selling business-purpose / investor real estate loans (DSCR, hard money, private credit) — or a demonstrable investor and broker network.
- Fluency in LTV, DSCR, and draw schedules.
- Self-directed. This is a production seat, not a salary seat.
- Hunger for uncapped upside.
