Silt Capital started the way most private lenders should: on the borrower's side of the table, losing deals to slow money. Committees in another time zone. Rate quotes that moved after the inspection. "Fast closes" that weren't.

Upfront tiers, written term sheets, adjustment math on the page. If a condition exists, we state it — borrowers are doing math, so we do it for them.
